At Makani, l documented field testing in Hawaii and in Norway of flying wind turbine prototypes. I created video and photo assets for or engaging investors, for internal technical review, and for press release.

Offshore Flight
I contributed drone videography and some post-production to this video announcing the completion of Makani’s first offshore flight.
I worked with four engineer authors and two communications teams to produce a three-part technical report that included five full-length articles, 19 supplementary artifacts, and described more than 13 years of research and development. I was responsible for editing, layout, and curating explainer video content to illustrate the written report.

I was the communications lead on a two-month project to reimagine safety culture at Makani. I met weekly with company leadership and the EHS Manager, designed presentation slides, and created a sticker graphic, for an audience of FTEs and regular contractors.
